At all of its processing sites, ‘Jansen Recycling B.V.’ offers you the opportunity to deliver unbroken rubble or similar stony materials, and to subsequently collect the resulting high-quality aggregates.

Recycled aggregates for the construction of roads

When the rubble is delivered, it is weighed, checked, and then separated into mixed rubble and pure concrete rubble. The mixed rubble is then dosed by machine into the rubble crushers installed at the processing sites. In the rubble crusher, the material is crushed, ferrous metals are removed by using magnetic separators, and non-stony components (plastics, wood, etc.) are also removed by using sieve, suction and blowing techniques. The end product is high-quality recycled aggregate that, equipped with a certificate, can be used as a base for the construction of roads.

Recycled aggregates for the concrete and concrete products industry

In addition to recycled aggregates for use as a base for the construction of roads, ‘Jansen Recycling B.V.’ also produces recycled aggregates for use as a coarse concrete aggregate during the production of fluid concrete. These recycled aggregates are manufactured by crushing pure concrete rubble and then intensively washing it in order to remove all contaminants and the fine fraction from the product. The recycled aggregates produced in this way are supplied in accordance with the certificate and constitute a high-quality alternative for natural gravel.
